Post-Workshop
All follow-up options include a 360-degree feedback assessment with one-on-one debrief.
Option 1:
Bi-Weekly one-on-one coaching sessions for a period of 3-6 months. Coaching will be designed around individual needs, focused on guiding participant further along the path to personal mastery and influential leadership in practice. These sessions are pertinent to ensure that individuals, in the busyness and pressures of the work environment, will not return to "business as usual," but will make needed adjustments to implement training and learning.
Option 2:
Participate in bi-weekly or monthly group coaching sessions with program peers for a period of 3-6 months. The purpose of these sessions is to reinforce training content and discuss application and results. This is an opportunity for group coaching around real-time issues and opportunities. Based on the needs of the group, new concepts to further the learning may be introduced.
