Our general process follows the sequence below:
- Identify the highest priorities to be addressed: what are the questions or issues, that when resolved, will have the greatest positive impact on the organization
- Identify tangible deliverables from the meeting
- Determine meeting pre-work and a delegation plan
- Assist in the data gathering process as needed (i.e.: implementing employee surveys, leadership surveys, conducting focus group sessions, etc.)
- Develop communication strategy for on-boarding stakeholders
- Design and facilitate a meeting process to achieve the desired results
- Build Project Plans including timelines and accountabilities
- Provide follow-up coaching and support to ensure project plans are executed as expected and unforeseen obstacles are dealt with effectively and timely
Specific steps in the process will vary from client to client and may include:
- Pre-meeting reading materials
- Pre-meeting consulting sessions with CEO, Owner, BOD, or other key authorities
- Pre-meeting research to be completed by specific team members
- Assessing leadership team members' level of "productive tension" around mission critical tasks to explore: How do the activities of our leaders create strategic advantage for the organization?
- Employee surveys
- Focus groups / Interviews to gather input and feedback
- 1-on-1 Coaching
- Accountability process to ensure that plans are executed and the team does not return to "business as usual."
