ACE Conference Center provides the perfect combination of state-of-the-art indoor facilities with our outdoor classroom. We like our clients to think of this campus as their learning laboratory - a place to experiment with new ways of interacting and solving problems, a place to take risks and to explore the lessons of "trial and error" in a positive and constructive manner. Some of the tools in Sherpa's learning laboratory include an outdoor team challenge, or low ropes, course, indoor team obstacle climbing wall, and our "Jungle Room."
Intense concentration and healthy relaxation are
components required to ensure productive and successful meetings. ACE Conference Center, located on over 300 acres of luxurious woodland, offers a relaxed and natural environment, which encourages reflection and perzraction, individual achievement and teamwork. Recreational opportunities abound; including an indoor pool, fitness center, game room, tennis and racquet-ball courts along with limited access to The ACE Club, featuring a 7,500 yard Gary Player Signature Design, 18-hole golf course.
The 38 meeting rooms and 120 guestrooms at ACE Conference Center are equipped with HSIA. The Business Center has been outfitted with four private workstations with access to HSIA and offers the latest software to meet your every need. In addition, on-site video conferencing equipment is available in all of our meeting rooms. To meet our customers' needs, ACE Conference Center also offers wireless HSIA in the meeting and public areas.

Our Allentown, PA area learning campus is located at
Bear Creek Mountain Resort in Macungie, PA.
Bear Creek Mountain Resort & Conference Center is a first-class destination nestled on more than 330 acres in the Lehigh Valley. This resort is the perfect place for your next corporate meeting or conference with over 26,000 square feet of meeting space, rustic ambiance and panoramic mountain views. Take advantage of comprehensive event planning assistance, multiple seating style options, state of the art audio visual equipment and complimentary high speed wireless internet. Activities and amenities include The Inn at Bear Creek, The Spa at Bear Creek, two restaurants and a variety of mountain activities including skiing and snowboarding, hiking, mountain biking, fishing, boating and tennis.
The Mountain Ballroom features 4,980 square feet of meetings space and seating for up to 300 guests. It can be divided into three individual rooms to accommodate smaller groups or simultaneous meetings. The rustic -- stone and wood decor is sure to create a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere for your meeting, while the outdoor deck offers the perfect place to enjoy the
fresh mountain air and scenery during a break. The Executive Boardroom features conference style seating and is available for groups of up to 16 guests. When the meetings are over, unwind by one of the gorgeous stone fireplaces or hit the slopes on Bear Creek's ski and snowboard trails.
During the Spring through Autumn months, the natural setting is yours to enjoy hiking, mountain biking, boating, fishing, horseshoes or volleyball.

The Diamond Ridge Conference Center is our Central Bucks County learning campus, featuring our outdoor High Challenge Course. Located on 33 acres, our learning campus at Diamond Ridge is ideal for those seeking a more "adventurous" setting.
Diamond Ridge has a comprehensive challenge course with low and high elements. These include:

Although "adventurous", you will still find accomidations for your team's meeting needs. Diamond Ridge offers a variety of meeting spaces from small breakout rooms to large banquet rooms. Their catering staff can create a menu to suit any business function. All meeting packages include wireless internet service, projector and screen, flip-charts and easel, DVD Player and Television.
